SOmetimes as we age we just want to stay put. My mother used to tell me that avoiding change is to no avail..Because if you do not change residence with the hopes of avoiding change those around you will leave. However if you love your corner grocery store, your gym, your doctor..sometimes moving is not the answer...And moving to be close to kids does not always work...as they will move...So do what pleases you most...carol stanley author of FOr kids 59.99 and Over

Short sales are a great way for a homeowner to get out of a bad financial situation. Banks are really starting to loosen up their policies which has made it much easier to get a short sale approved.
